PDI TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOP

PDI offers three (3) Modules for Team Building. Modules 1 and 2 will take place the first week and Module 3 will take place the following week.

Module 1: 1 – 2 Hours

Goals:

  • Understand characteristics of a strong team.
  • Recognize the 5 stages of team development.
  • Illustrate that team members have common direction, offer encouragement, and share leadership.
  • Discover what it takes to build a high-performance team.

Closing Debrief and Wrap Up:

We will discuss upcoming activities and what to expect in the next part of our Team Building Module 2.

Module 2: 2 – 4 Hours

Goals:

  • Understand the fundamental qualities of a team
  • Enhance group problem-solving skills
  • Practice communicating ideas and solutions
  • Discover the key ingredients of teamwork

Closing Debrief and Wrap Up:

The group comes together to acknowledge accomplishments of the day and incorporate lessons into real life. We wrap up with a meaningful closing activity.

Module 3: 1 – 2 Hours

Goals:

  • Trust Building
  • Acknowledge accomplishments of the Team
  • Outline improvements needed for team success
  • Understand importance of immediate implementation of new skills
  • Identify stage of Team Developmen

Closing Debrief and Wrap Up:

Team members will share one thing that they learned from this training experience. A team photo will be taken and a Certificate of Completion will be awarded.
